The fight raged on. The small group tried their hardest to fight off their attackers, but it was all in vain. The raid group largely out numbered them and were by far stronger. The sounds of death rang through the streets, chilling the blood of any unfortunate enough to be within hearing distance. But the fight was far from over. Out of the darkness came a figure. He leaped into view, but wasted no time. Grabbing the nearest human, he knocked him to the ground. Sharp fangs gleamed as he grinned upon the sight. Slowly, he changed to a kneeling position and looked over the helpless man. Fear struck through the victim's eyes as he realized what was to transpire. He knew. Tears ran down his cheeks, mouth opened for words to beg, but nothing could escape him. Then... laughter. Laughter from his attacker. The vampire. Carefully and skillfully, he moved his head to the neck of the other. His mouth displayed the fangs as he ran them across cold skin, making small cuts as he did so. In one swift movement following, he bit. Fangs sunk deep into the skin, creating two deadly holes. Warm, thick blood flowed out and down the vampire's throat. Oh, the feeling was so wonderful! Pulling his fangs out, he swallowed and threw the man to the side. Blood dripped from his chin, fangs drenched in the red, he glanced around. Chaos exploded around him. They ran. They screamed. But they could not escape. Skipping not a beat, he ran after them. Killing them off, one by one. Fire raged inside. There was no one who could save them. No one who could stop him.
